I've been drawing and creating stories since I was a kid in middle school, participating in open groups of drawing competitions, helping in the design of school-level projects with logos, and occasionally making some artwork for friends and family.
I took fine arts in college, such as painting, basic drawing, illustration, perspective, color, sculpture, printmaking, and the history of art. Started with traditional and now I focus on digital art. The classes taught me basics principles and techniques as a creator.
I specialize on designing characters (looks, personalities, background and arcs). I also specialize on comic books and/or graphic novels, which usually are about the characters that I randomly elaborate. I do these comic books in a Western style with semi-realism and cartoon elements here and there.
In terms of the characters I design, I focus more on females. Body figures of women. I have a standard understanding of human anatomy, which I learned from the classes I took, and from books that help on how to perfect it.
In terms of the stories that I create for my comic books, I'd like to point out that I love Chekhov's Gun. Most of the elements, props, characters, and such tend to have a purpose, even if it's the most silliest or smallest thing. I like having a purpose for everything. I also like planning everything ahead, instead of making the stories as they go along. I guess you could say I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to world building.
